How to take attendance of Students in SES portal - KV Shaala Darpan

Attendance Module - SES (School Expert System) Portal 

Attendance Module of School Expert System (SES Portal) is used to take online attendance of students of each class of Kendriya Vidyalaya . Class Teacher's have to take / check / save the attendance details of student. The main purpose of this module / online attendance is that the Parents aware about their children's class attendance . Parents can check / see the attendance information of their kids.    

Steps to take online attendance - Attendance Module - SES

Step 01 -  Open School Expert System (SES Portal) remote application and Enter Username & Password .

Step 02 - Read Attendance rules from business ruled of Attendance Module.

Step 03 - Click on Activities & Select the Class Attendance.

Step 04 - Fill / Select the entry from the list box appear in this page like Academic Year, Session Name, Class, Section , Date & Attendance taken by.

Step 04 - Take Students online attendance by Clicking on Present / Absent / Leave tab in respect of Student Status.

Step 05 - Save the data ( a message appear your data has been successfully saved). After saving the attendance exit the attendance module.
